What is the Grass - Mark Doty

I really do love it when an author takes someone they admire and writes their own story into their heros; particularly their 'most famous' moment like Whitman's Leaves of Grass in this case. Doty reintroduces us to Whitman, reminding us of his greatness, and possibly our own.  Like new copy.
